Insulation detection management system
Real-time monitoring of the insulation status of electrical equipment, using advanced sensor technology and data analysis algorithms to promptly detect potential issues such as insulation aging, moisture, and damage. In industrial automated production lines, the insulation detection management system plays a key role for electrical equipment such as motors, frequency converters, and PLCs, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the production line, improving production efficiency, and reducing production losses caused by equipment failures.

Functional features
Insulation Resistance Measurement
Measure the resistance value between both ends of the insulation layer. If the measured value is below the set alarm value (default 1000KΩ) or fault threshold (default 800KΩ), an alarm/fault signal is immediately output. The alarm/fault signal is automatically cleared during the next inspection if the insulation value returns to normal.
Leakage and Static Electricity Detection
Leakage Detection: Determine cable damage by measuring the voltage difference between the insulation layer and the girder/transformer neutral point (optional). A fault alarm is triggered when the voltage exceeds the set threshold (default 200V).
Static Electricity Detection and Discharge
Monitor the static voltage between the insulation layer and the girder. Discharge is performed each time the detection point is connected. After discharge, the detection voltage at both ends of the detection point is measured. When charge accumulation causes the voltage to exceed the alarm value (default 36V), the system outputs an alarm. The design uses resistive-capacitive isolation, which does not affect the normal operation of the monitored equipment.
Real-time Monitoring and Alarm
Screen Display: Real-time display of insulation resistance, leakage voltage, static voltage values for each circuit, as well as alarm/fault status. Supports independent control of circuit switches.
Alarm Mechanism: Includes insulation, leakage, and static electricity alarms. When an alarm occurs, the corresponding indicator lights flash red and yellow and trigger a buzzer. Alarm records are stored by date in the U:/event/Event folder.

Additional options
Data Recording and Query
Historical Data Query: Allows retrieval of insulation, leakage, and static operation data and peak values by time period (supports precise query by year, month, day, hour, minute, and second), generates curve charts, and exports as CSV files.
Alarm Traceability: Supports detailed query and curve analysis of insulation alarm fault records, static alarm records, and leakage fault voltage records; files are stored in the U:/export/ folder.
Multi-terminal Access
Mobile Monitoring: Connect via device WIFI (name syankong****, password 12345678), enter the IP address in the browser (e.g., http://192.168.1.100:5800) to view the operation interface in real time, supporting portrait/landscape switching.
PC Monitoring: When the device and computer are on the same network segment, enter the same address in the browser to log in; the interface synchronously displays real-time data and control buttons.
Data Communication Protocol
Supports Modbus TCP communication, enabling seamless integration with PLC, SCADA, and other systems. Defines multiple register addresses for reading/writing insulation resistance values, alarm status, detection time, and other parameters to achieve centralized management and remote control of device status.
